Manchester City has won a record-breaking fourth Premier League title in a row after beating West Ham 3-1.

The victory gives City their eighth top-flight title overall, moving them to within one of Manchester United's record-breaking total of 13. It is also the first time a team has won four consecutive Premier League titles since Manchester United did so between 2006 and 2009.

City's success this season has been built on a solid foundation of defensive strength and attacking brilliance. They have conceded just 26 goals in 38 league games, the fewest of any team in the division, while their tally of 103 goals scored is the second-highest in the league.

Key to City's success has been the form of Kevin De Bruyne, who has been in scintillating form all season. The Belgian midfielder has scored 15 goals and provided 12 assists in the Premier League, and he has been a constant threat to opposition defenses.

City's other key players have also played their part. Raheem Sterling has scored 17 goals in all competitions, while Riyad Mahrez has chipped in with 11 goals and 14 assists. The likes of Aymeric Laporte, Ruben Dias, and Ederson have also been excellent at the back.

City's victory is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Pep Guardiola and his players. They have been the best team in the Premier League all season, and they deserve to be crowned champions.
