Barcelona Edge Out PSG With 3-2 Victory in Champions League Round of 16
Raphinha's Double Lifts Barca to Narrow Advantage
Andreas Christensen Seals Victory With Late Goal
Paris, France - FC Barcelona came from behind to secure a vital 3-2 victory over Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie on Tuesday night.
PSG took the lead through Kylian Mbappe's early strike, but Raphinha equalized for Barcelona before halftime. Lionel Messi then converted a penalty to give Barca the lead, only for Mbappe to level once more with a stunning breakaway goal.
Substitute Andreas Christensen proved to be the match-winner, heading in a cross from Raphinha in the 90th minute to snatch the victory for Barcelona. The result gives Xavi's side a slender advantage heading into the second leg at Camp Nou on March 8.
